On a night with the sound of rain pelting the roof with the intermittent roars of thunder, Simon Gram awakens in a home that he has never seen that houses furniture larger than practical for a person of normal size, and dangers unknown. All he finds are the journals of Tlaloc, a hero that he had always admired that towered above all. From his slumber, he finds a sword, a talking raven, and must fight to survive the night, and unravel the mystery of why he's here.

Mythic Prelude is an action-adventure title inspired by Action-Adventure titles from the 90s. This demo is designed as a stand-alone freeware product for itch.io and for our Kickstarter!

I hope the project isn't dead. Good luck with what you do next.

Ah! I've discovered this gem too late. My stupid fingers got Simon killed twice during the fight at the beginning. Can't wait to find out what's next!

Oh thank you so much!! A lot of the play-testing and balancing was done with a controller, so bear that in mind 😅

(Don't worry, friend! The full title will eventually come out~)

This was really fun! I played through it with The Noble Demon, and we enjoyed all the bits and pieces. I know this is kinda a proof of concept and it's got me really interested in the kickstarter.

Awww! Thank you so much!
